Weak extension (.cc) - but the powerful keyword somewhat makes
up for it.
Estimated wholesale value: $100 to $200
Estimated retail value: $250 to $400
And I was just wondering if you guys think this is accurate and if so why are .cc's undervalued? thus far.

Your valuation seems reasonable, imho. The hard part is getting someone to actually make you an offer.
