question Emails I'm sending for sign up from website is going in spam

hi guys i have made a website which is not finished yet but when friends sign up the email is going in there spam box and sometimes saying email is already used when it is not ?

i am using wordpress and buddypress

any help would be much appreciated thank you

It's hard to say without knowing exactly how you are sending the mail. I've always used php mailer script, and never had this problem. Please add a few more details...

I'm not too familiar with WordPress and email subscriptions, but i doubt that is the problem. Is it possible the URL itself and/or the email body content could be triggering mail filters?
