Sorry but that template will get sent to either spam, trash, promotions or not get delivered at all. Maybe it worked once upon a time.

If you are going to email people and hope to get inboxed here is what will work better.

1. Use a gmail address that you used for a while. Stop listening to people that claim it's not professional for this task.

2. Keep it short or risk wasting your time. People with money read these long emails the same, scam, garbage, junk.

I own the domain abc . com and reaching out to some people I feel can benefit from acquiring the name. The price is (always include price) and you can either reply to me or contact GoDaddy as they are authorized to sell it on my behalf, their phone number ...

By mentioning GoDaddy you get rid of a lot of the suspicion of scams and by mentioning its your own name (obviously don't lie) the gmail is ok too. Keeping it simple will help getting it inboxed as long as you don't blast randomly and get your whole gmail banned.

Outbound can work but you will probably get burned out before it has a chance to work.
