Effective landing page

Hey guys. What are some things you want to see on a landing page of a domain for sale? Do you want to see some statistics like who the registar is, minimum offer, registration expiration date etc? Or just a form to complete to speak with the owner of the domain?

I've created a landing page for www.speakether.com and just looking for ways to make it more appealing

I am an end user buyer. I like to see or obtain traffic stats from the current owner. And there have been many instances for high priced domains, the owner could not come up with this information. They would ask how would they do that.. im thinking what the heck, and I would tell them, create an account (3rd party) and place a stat counter in the page, at least in the back, so the owner could at least see the numbers. Last time this happened was over a year ago, the domain's page is essentially the same design (information asked, etc.) as your landing page.. domain is still for sale and wants $18k when I was inquiring...
