question Easiest way to list domain names for sale.

Hope all are doing good.

1. What is the simplest, easiest or most efficient way to list domain for sale on different market place.

Just suppose- 1. Domain name on Namesilo.
2. Landing page should be on Undeveloped.
3. It should be list on GoDaddy make offer auction listing.
4. It should be list on Afternic (Fast Transfer)
5.It should be list on Sedo( MLS as well).

Please explain in detailed(If possible) what is the most efficient way to list on above platform with minimum hard work.

Transfer domain then funds released, or funds held, transfer confirmed, release funds, with contract details in Escrow in instances of mediation where one person failed to pay/transfer

Can funds be securely kept for seller BY Paypal, to protect seller once transferred (buyer can't back out)?
