Do you have traffic and rev stats on DubaiBeachResort.com? (btw there is only one "7 star" hotel in Dubai, Emirates Palace is in Abu Dhabi)

The names are not being sold on traffic, dubaibeachresort.com got 7 uniques in August, 6 in September. As I'm sure you know, as yet there is no 'Dubai Beach Resort', only 'Jumeirah Beach Hotel & Resort'.

Also, as you point out, there may be only one 7 star hotel - at present. Most Dubai domains - as the place itself - have not realised their potential. For the speculator they potentially hold tremendous ROI.
