TM issues with DubaiLand, worth $0 in my opinion

Did i just infringe on a TM? If so will godaddy refund me? I see a lot of names for sale on SEDO with the word dubailand in them are they infringing as well?

I think there could be credible alternatives to what "dubailand" means. I don't think its an obvious/easily winnable case.
hydropolissuite.scom is pretty decent.

i can't give any guarantees, and the fact that TM issues are possible is even less of a guarantee on the name.
