Hello
I have some drugs brand names (.com domains) for some big pharmaceutical companies, do you think that i will get the chance to sell them ?
Does anyone have experience regarding this issue ?
I sent some emails to these companies and tell them if they are interested in these domains but i didn't get any reply yet.

Seriously ? They must have passed your letters to their in-house legal team. You've been a member for so long, you should know it's TM infringement. I would delete these names, what are you gonna do with them otherwise ?

I hope you mean you have brandable domains that could be used as drug names. If you are talking about existing drugs, you are probably infringing. Especially with pharmaceuticals, you could lose those names quickly and face legal action.

But i noticed that some domains websites sell branded domains like hugedomains.com .
Should i delete these domains immediately ??

Either that or enter WITSEC. Regarding made up brandable drug names, few if any domainers are in tune with big pharma grinding thru the alphabet inventing names to satisfy marketing, trademark and FDA requirements. If you anticipated eventual winners like qbrelis, xtampza and zinplava you might have a knack for it.

I guess it is better for me to delete them ...
Thank you for your advise !

Until I went and checked, I thought you made those up.

These drug brands are starting to sound worse than whatever illnesses they are intended to treat. Might as well check my dosages of Barfzonit, Ouchdoozi, and Justkillme.

What I suggest is that you make websites that allows users of those drugs
to login, with an email address, to make comments of the side effects of those drugs.
And then sell the email address's to weasel lawyers who like to sue drug
companies. Maybe jberryhill would be interested. That has to pay better
than being a domain name lawyer.

But, but... if these are names you made up inside your own mind, there's no harm done, aside from burning money while holding onto them.

Like the examples above, drug names are so "out there" these days that the chances are slim to none that a pharma co would ever consider randomly suggested names.

Far better to choose a different niche.
