Dreamhost problem

I know I should have moved out of dreamhost long time ago, but I was lazy (and also I had problem moving both phpbb and smf forums). Dreamhost closed my account without notice ahead of time (no good reason, my adsense sites were against their TOS). All my sites were shut down and I don't have any access. It has been a week, I only can download my mysql database, but I still don't get back my adsense sites files. I kept begging every day, the support tickets are never answered.

My question here is not about whether I should use dreamhost, I had moved my most active forums to private server long time ago, my questions are:
How do I get my files back? Why they are not releasing my files? They don't
have a phone number, and not answering the support ticket.

please help.

When I visited that site, I could not figure out how to deliver a message. The blog has a built-in spam filter, whatever I wanted to say is filtered out and I simply could not post anything to the blog.

So how can I use that blog to communicate with the ceo?

if you are not getting answers for your tickets and calls then this is very worst.I may think they are hiding your scripts etc
A host should give reason and a backup for the customer if they were banning but for your reasons it totally looks dream host has been damaged your business

Moral of the story: Don't be fool enough to go without atleast 1 backed up copy of your websites.

#2 Don't break any contracts! tos agreements are important - dreamhost has no obligation whatsoever to give you your files back. I bet they deleted your entire account as soon as they closed it. (you broke a contract - if you broke a lease agreement the car company has every right to take back the car) Big companies have to be strict to succeed.

I did not do anything to break the tos. Another point is that they never respond to your request. Even though they promised to refund your money.
