.mobi Dotmobiparking.com & Dotmobiparking.mobi, appraisal please

Hello all,
Does anyone have any insight as to what the value of these domains would be.
Please consider the following:

a) There is, till date, NO proper .mobi parking service
b) Could be set up as a specialised .mobi PPC service.
c) The rare opportunity to own Both .Mobi & .Com

If you have any thoughts / advice regarding the concept or them being sold as a pair or individually please speak up!

However, when you tell your customers (on radio) "Dot-Mobi-Parkingmobi", it is quite diffcult to catch which dot is the "." and which is the word "Dot".

when mobi gets mainstream, there shouldnt be any problem cheers

*as far as the 'radio commercial', in this particular case it would not conceivably be advertised in any other form other than visual, 99.5% on the web.
