.mobi dotmobi compliant parking pages in 1 min!

Based on Yelo and thinking1's Idea last week ( thanks Yelo and thinking1), I have just added a tool to create a dotmobi compliant parking page with e-mail contact and PPC ad space. Please chack out the sample here.

I have put the links to dotmobi resources, dotmobi directories and blogs on the parking page so this will help spread the .mobi awarerness as well as you get a .mobi compliant parking pages (5/5 with ready.mobi) with your own PPC.

It is very easy to create the page:
1. Log into magic.dir.mobi and select " Make parking page" option
2. Enter your domain name ( do not use "http://www" just use domain.mobi)
3. Enter your e-mail address for contact.
4. Enter your admob code--optional ( make $mob_mode= 'live' before submitting)
5. Forward your domain to the page created (park.dir.mobi/youraccount/yourdomian.mobi.php).

That's it.

I hope more people use this in place of other parking pages which are not .mobi compliant and does not provide info about .mobi and does not give any money from ads.

The site is revenue sharing with your ad on top and mine on bottom. Please post your comments and suggestions if you want to add/modify or changeanything ( I am still playing with the colors) etc...

Let me explian, There are 2 options to choose:

1. Free account : This is revenue sharing, the top ad is your and bottom ad is mine. No monthly fees, 100 pages max for now.
2. Premium Account: You pay a flat monthly fee ( TBD) and you can have unlimited pages and both ads on top and bottom will be yours. The price is not decided yet, will depend on how people are interested.

If you are talking about Name Server and if you are pointing it to some other server, then change it back to your original name server and forward the domain to your page at park.dir.mobi.

I am working on the name server option as well where you can point to my server and it will resolve to your page. If anyone knows how to do this please let me know, it would be a great help.

Secondly, the "parked" page will consist of 2 ads. One at the top (revenue for the domain owner) and one at the bottom (revenue for the parking company). Everything else on the page will be the links permanently posted? Can we not change to rss feeds that will provide new content on the domain OR do we have to pay for our own hosting and move the site to do that?

You can choose any RSS feed you want, just search on google for RSS feed for any keyword. You can even choose RSS feeds from blogs, forums, news etc. If you find a mobile RSS feed then it is better.

Parking page in different languages

Hello Everyone,

Based on Martin's Idea I am going to make an option for parking pages in different languages. Martin has already helped me with Dutch translation of the page. I would like to include option for other languages ( german, franch...) as well. If someone can translate and PM me, it would be great. Please let me know.
