Doteasy, lies and dishonesty

This company is fraud. I asked about transfers when I first signed up with doteasy and was lied to. I asked over a month ago for the actual process and was put off. Now today I'm told I have to pay extra to transfer my domain names. Straight up fraud!!

Has anyone else experienced this crap from this company?
