Are you talking regular google or google mobile results?Do you know if there are any terms for which a .mobi is the number 1 result on google (or top 3)?
(I tried to serach here but I could not find it. I'm not a troll trying to start crap, I own .mobis. I'm just curious if any .MOBIs have made it to #1.)

I don't think the TLD in itself helps, but I don't know this for sure. I'm not sure how google 'justifies" whether a site is mobile friendly or not. I just know that my sites do great in google mobile, while they don't get the same love in PC google.Regular Google.
Additionaly questions:
1) Do .MOBIs have an advantage in Google Mobile searches?
Regular google is not biased against the tld IMHO....just the amount of content, and by it's very nature, mobile sites (m dots, /mobile, .mobi, whatever) cut back the content of a standard site2) Is regular Google biased against .MOBIs in any way?
