Established Doormaps.com - Craigslist + Google mashup, revenue generating

Doormaps.com is a site I built in my free time as a refresher to "mashup" coding.

It allows anyone to view craigslist listings on a google map. There are different types of listings to choose from, such as Apartments, Rooms/shared, and commercial listings. Then, there are several search parameters a user can use to filter their result set (just like craigslist): minimum price, maximum price, has picture or not, and location.

The site is a mashup combining craigslist listings (from RSS feeds) and google maps API.

It is very easy to add locations to this site. If the auction reaches my $1500 benchmark, I will add 5 locations right away before transferring the site over to the winning bidder.

It is also hooked up to PayPal IPN so real estate vendors can purchase 'points' on the map for $5 (or any price you want) that automatically expire in 5 days. You do nothing, all you need is a PayPal address. Vendor points get custom bigger, red markers and remain for 5 days.
