It's a good fight but I'm wary of automation to detect squatting. I'm sure the giant red flag for the software will simply be parking of the domain by checking DNS against their database of parking company DNS.

Well, corporate assets are big money. I always support big business getting what's theirs, especially when people knowingly register domains that violate trademarks.

I honestly think Microsoft is more interested in going after the parking companies. With this tool it can get a list and say in court, "You made revenue from x thousand of our trademarks." Microsoft estimates that 40% to 70% of cybersquatting domains are with the top 6 parking sites.
