Try telling it to these newbies who keep buying the dot com hoping to sell it to some foreign company that would’ve bought it by now themselves if they’d wanted it.

Well I read a piece from a domainer that bought a domain with an end-user in mind. He later sold it, after so much back and forth, to the end user for over 10k.
