For years, even after their branding change to DomainTools, typing the normal "whois.sc/domain.com" into my address bar would redirect me to "whois.domaintools.com/domain.com". All was right with the world.
It seems today that typing "whois.sc/domain.com" in no longer redirects me to my whois results that I wanted, but rather just to "whois.domaintools.com," where I have to enter my domain again.
Maybe I'm just lazy, but I'd rather type "whois.sc/domain.com" into my address bar wherever I am rather than typing out "whois.domaintools.com/domain.com". Oh well -- I guess I have a reason to get the Firefox Search extension that allows me to search DomainTools' whois -- at home, at least.
Until then, I'll just have to remind myself of what I think of these people for doing this to me when I type in whois.domainTOOLS.com. :p
