Domains with prefix I or E

Questions:
1) When researching a domain that could have an I or E prefixes, HOW do I value the domain with Google adword tool. Is the results for the domain same as with and without the prefix? I have seen domains for $XX and some worth $XX,XXX. that are using the prefix
2) Would you contact the end user that has the XXXX.com version?

I wouldn't contact the non prefix version. They will have it off you in a hearbeat. I think you have to be a genius to sell an i/e prefix domain for big bucks, like ireport.com

Ok NOT Big bucks but I still have no idea how to value them in relation to it's non prefix version? Is 10% fair?

It's not working like this. You can't value domain name as a percent of other domain name value.
