Domainnames with 2 or 4 in it

What do you guys in general think about domains with a 2 or 4 in it, replacing to and for?
I doubt whether these domains are of any use. An example is things2have.com.

It is ok, but not so great, I would say better having hyphens. But the words have to flow - and there has to be a reason of 'brevity' for them to be there

How2play, how2call, go4 etc are good examples
Howtoplay would always like to have how2play not other way around though.

I recently got kind2u and kind4u in king, would not normally go for these but it suits a skincare company. I checked sales history on namebio to, seems there is a trend there if you have the right combo.
