You are far better developing it for yourself, it will pick up more money than I see it getting for the domain sale, though you could get a motivated buyer somewhere for a couple of hundred dollars.

Develop it and collect commissions from golf club sales :p

I own GolfCoursesFinder.com and therefore naturally like it, although I think GolfCoursesGuide.com may have fetched that price partly for running a multi-page website.
