@DomainEasy Technically, while the LTO domain is in your holding account, your company has to take care of domain renewals. However, in your TOS you state that lessor is responsible for (payment of) renewals during LTO. What's the exact process here?
Hi @DomainEasy

Could you please provide an answer to this question? Thank you.

good job on updates, it's better if you have some kind of feature requests upvote or downvote system else people will just start recommending random features that could only benefit them which in turn makes your software bulky, lagging and might have a lot of tech burden in the future.

Currently, there are at least 26,000 active landers configured with DomainEasy's nameservers. That's an impressive growth in such a short time, congratulations!

If a domain requires a renewal while in our LTO holding account, we will renew the domain and deduct the renewal charges from the sellers payout wallet. The seller also has the option to extend the expiration of the domain before transferring it into our account if they would like. I will make sure this is more clearly stated in our terms.

Hello @DomainEasy

Just like in your Make Offer video, I'm testing myself with communications between Buyer and Seller.

It appears* that Seller's full telephone number, email address, and first name is completely visible to the Buyer during all communications ("Seller Profile"). Is my observation correct? Can all this be hidden?

*Edit: still testing. In the website header it says that I'm in (green) "Buyer" mode. It's in the same browser where I'm logged in as Seller. This way, in Buyer negotiation mode, full Seller details are visible ("Seller Profile"). However, doing the same in Buyer mode in another browser without being logged in as Seller, I'm not seeing "Seller Profile", only Seller's first name.

Also, since domain Sellers can be Buyers at some other point in time, I'd like to have a clear understanding of what information about Seller is shown to Buyer in different situations.

@DomainEasy In Seller mode, under "Buyer details", I'm not seeing Buyer's telephone number and email address, even though these fields were provided during MO as the Buyer. What could be wrong?

Nice new lander with the logo at the bottom. Looking good! Can we change the background color?

"Diverse payment method" in the lander in that spot sounds a bit fishy

It seems fine... but perhaps a more common word like "numerous" would make more sense.

I guess the majority of buyers would not also be sellers, so this wouldn't be an issue. However, it seems you found a little bug for the instances in which a Seller is logged in, but is also a buyer.

I don't think that info is passed through by DE. I'm guessing the fields exist because it's a platform that can also be used by Brokers (in which case the info would be passed through).

It's only because you are logged in as a buyer and a seller at the same time so you are seeing your own information. Under normal circumstances a buyer and seller will not be able to view each others info.

Again, buyer and seller will not see each others personal information.

I would much prefer to see the form go back to the right side of the page. I feel that the domain name should be the first thing the visitor sees, reading from left to right.

Everyone will have different thoughts I'm sure. Perhaps they will offer 4-5 types of landers to choose from like Dan used to and GoDaddy does (minimal, brandable, etc). And one of these types may offer left justified placement and the other right or center justified. Over time as they get enough volume they can do some A/B testing (or bet yet multivariate testing) and see which works better. In my experience what we think works better isn't always the case

I understand your concern. Like I said before, we will be adding the ability for users to customize where the different parts of the page are displayed in the future.
