If Domain Winner @ Sedo does want to buy the domain,What are the profits and losses to the buyer and seller?

The buyer incurs no costs, other than a 3% fee if paying by Paypal over $500. The seller incurs a fee as outlined here: http://www.sedo.com/services/prices.php3?language=us theuniverse said: If Domain Winner @ Sedo does want to buy the domain, what is the result?
