question Domain was available in expired auction yesterday, gone today

So I noticed this nice name veganburgers.com which was available in GoDaddy expired auction yesterday. I am pretty sure there were a few days left so I thought to bid on it later on when the auction time gets close but today I noticed this domain is gone.
Is it because it was renewed by owner or some other shenanigan happened?

It's been renewed. Probably nothing particularly strange about that. But that doesn't rule out all shenanigans, but it's unlikely.
