Hi,
I have been looking to move a domain from DomainSite over to Godaddy. Now, I have completed all the steps I was asked, filled in the auth code etc, now it's status shows "Pending Current Registrar Approval" since the last 3 days. I really need to move this domain over urgently, and I dunno why this is taking so long.

Whom do you think I should contact regarding this issue? Godaddy or Domainsite ? Thanks in advance.

I've had some take longer from other registrars, best be patient and hopefully it'll work out.

It can take a week, but if you did everything right...shouldnt be a big problem.

I just contacted Domainsite, and they said it would go through on Monday most probably.

I've been waiting a week on a transfer from Enom to GoDaddy and my status shows "Pending Current Registrar Approval" also. I hope your luck is better than mine. I've contacted both registrars and they can't find a problem and don't offer to help. When you can register a name and give them money in under 2 minutes but can't transfer the name any quicker than they do, it makes for a very disappointing experience!

Good luck with the transfer!

Did you run a whois? Godaddy sometimes gets the domain and takes a few days to put it in your account.

and

domainsite usually waits the five full days to release a domain to the winning registrar..based on my experiances with them
