I am having a problem after I sold webtoolkeeper.com. The new buyer requested to transfer the domain to his godaddy account and I received the following message..
I have a different registrar through routhost.com and there is no option inside my account to transfer the domain. The only option is to unlock and I already did it..
I contacted routhost on how to transfer the domain to customer's account in godaddy but the support told me that transfer should be done on customer's side (the buyer)... and my buyer insisting me that the transfer should be done on my side...
Now we both have problem...
Please anyone tell me what to do... routhost keeps on telling me that transfer should be done on the buyer's side... and the buyer keeps on telling it should be on my side...
Thanks a lot.
