Transfer Problem

I have bought a domain from one member of here, the domain is 2058.net regged at QuestNames and I wanted to trasnfer it to my account at DomainSite, i first have go and change the registartlock to active and waited!
But i got a mail today with this:

Dear change change,

The transfer of 2058.NET from QuestNames.com to another registrar could not be completed for the following reason(s):

Express written objection to the transfer from the Transfer Contact. (e.g. - email, fax, paper document or other processes by which the Transfer Contact has expressly and voluntarily objected through opt-in means).

If you believe that this domain name does not fit the situation described above, please contact us at for assistance.

what should i do?
i payed 7$ at DomainSite!

Get in writing from the person who you bought it from that you are now the
new owner and he wants to change the whois information to < your information >
and remove any lock on the domain...

send this writing by fax to QuestNames.com

Then ask the owner to send a email to QuestNames.com to allow the transfer

that would do it

Guess what, im having the exact same problems now with a transfer of 12 3 letter .biz domains from a godaddy registrar to godaddy, i paid $50 for this!!! I got the exact same message as you, ive emailed both godaddy and the reseller and still no reply...

I hope they hurry up as a couple of these domains are expiring very soon!

Does anyone have any guidence on this?
