information Domain Suspended by the Registry After 12h After Purchase

this is the first time i got this problem , i want know if this issue is normal ? specially juste after hours of registration . does someone here had a same situation ?

i tried to follow unblock steps , and when i gave my email . they said that is a free mail so we cant send you the link ...
i need just if some one here tell me if this situation are not complicated and can be resolve easily
