discuss Domain Sold Then Developed

A couple of months ago I was happy to sell a domain I had hand registered. I think I paid 5.99 and sold the domain for $500 within the first year of registration.

Sometimes I don't know why a domain sells, but when I know it's an end user, I will check later to see if it's developed.

The domain I sold was H/A/L/L/O/T/H/E/R/E.C/O/M.

I remember thinking, why on earth would they pay $500 for it. Anyway, I checked on the domain and I was happy to see it is being developed. Here's a screenshot...

Anyway, it's always cool to see. If you have a domain that you sold and is now being developed by the buyer, feel free to post it.
