question Domain selling-verify buyer

Hi i googled whole internet, but could not find an answer.
I'm selling domain, buyer's register is godaddy. I sent him EPP from my register, transaction ID+ security code from Godaddy. Got email from ICANN to verify. But nowhere does it say, whom I am trasnfering domain to. No name, email or contact info.
Is it really normal? I mean what if he gave this info to 3rd persion and he inititated this transfer to his name...

I'm using escrow.com and I'm supposed to transfer to spesific buyer, right. So how can I know who has initiated this transfer I'm supposed to confirm.

you are supposed to supply the authorization codes to the buyer, so they can initiate the transfer process..

the buyer will then start the process by entering those codes at his registrar.

you should receive an email from that registrar, to authorize the transfer.

once the transfer has been completed, the buyer will acknowledge acceptance of the name in Escrow and they will release funds to you

note: make sure the domain is unlocked, after you send the auth codes.
