Domain Push on NameSilo.com

Quick question: When a domain is being pushed from one Name Silo account to another, how can the other Name Silo account holder (where the domain has been pushed) see/accept/approve the pushed domain? Any additional info would be appreciated as well relevant to my question.

An email should be received stating such.

Just Email received with pushed confirmation.

Confirm what colleagues said above. The sender just gets an informer at the page "the account change done successfully" or something like this and then gets an email; and the acceptor just gets the domain into his account and also gets an email.
