What is domain parking? I am new to NamePros. Could anynody explain?

What benefit one will get he opts of domain parkiing?

Could somebody suggest me where to buy domain just to work for a month and park it and get best money for this ?
Also is there fixed price per visitor ?

WhyPark pays through PayPal. I'm sure most of the others will also.
