These are the emails that followed,3 weeks later. Read From bottom up,and then read my last message to her in the new column below If you have similar stories please list them ,I find in amusing.

Sorry you feel that way & too bad we couldn't come to an agreement. Wasn't lying at all. Truly what happened & I DID say I DIDN'T want it to go that direction.
This domain will benefit you zero, nada, zip... so guess you're holding on to it just to be nasty. I don't need it, I've moved on, but like I said I'd give you $50. $50 is better than nothing. If you change your mind, let me know. I most likely won't feel it's worth even that after a couple months & don't worry, I don't have any reason to email you again.

Subject: GoDaddy- Max domain purchase & their Blacklist
Dear John Martin or Barney Pedrino,
I have contacted GoDaddy in regards to the auction process & in regards to------.com
Apparently I have been told by a higher admin that they are completely against anyone who misuses the auction process by charging outrageous prices for a domain bought & sold. Their entire process is based on a reasonable price.
Yes I understand you bought this domain fair & square because it was expired, however I am not in any position to purchase this back from you even remotely close to this 5K price. Yes if I had a large producing business, yes if I was making in the neighborhood of 100K or more income a year, this would be no problem. I am someone who relocated to be close to my aging parents & due to the stringent testing & a number of hardships (including my health-have MS), on disability, I have not worked in two years. I finally passed the test (2 yrs later) & am completely starting all over.
I have already bought -------.net & plan on keeping this one. I am willing to purchase --------.com from you for the absolute maximum of $50, because it is not worth more than the $12 you bought it for & because it is money I will have to borrow because I don't have it (most humbly & truthfully). Also I don't need it, it would just be a nice to have back. Someone was helping me & paying for it & accidently let it expire.
Also, when I discussed this to an exec at GoDaddy, they stressed that this type of inflated charge is completely against their values. They are in the process of blacklisting you from GoDaddy & stated if they are unable to do this, they will indeed, at least, prevent you all from any further selling on their auctions. I do not want this to happen because I am not a vengeful or angry person, just someone who needs to make a living again & understands that you are also needing to continue yours.
Please let me know if this is agreeable to you & I will put in the bid (without any anticipation of a counter, just acceptance) & will ask GoDaddy to stop their blacklist process.
Thank you for your consideration,
Sincerely,
Mich
