I have owned this domain for the last 6-7 years in eNom, but today i have checked my account and it is missing.
I just checked the whois information and it says it is now registered with GoDaddy, but i have never transferred this domain to anyone or changed the registrar.

Please guide me how to go about getting this back? It's a very costly domain and i can't afford losing it.

I just check my enom account for "Transfers out" and it seem it has been transferred out on 3rd November 2015.

It has been Transferred to 1 API GmbH on that day.

I never got any transfer notice, nothing?!!

Step 1: Scan your computer for trojan, spyware, virus, keyloggers. (The paid subscription internet security softwares, not the free ones.)
Next steps: Get a decent internet security firewall. (The paid subscription ones again, not free ones.)
Change all passwords to all accounts to everywhere immediately.
Use different complex passwords including UPPER, lower, and special symbols. (!@#$%&^&(&().
Get 2-factor authentication for all your registrars domain accounts.
Do not do anything before doing step 1.
This will lower your chance of your domain being stolen by 99.99%.

Whenever I get a hint of anything untoward on my machine it's low level reformat time. Rootkits and other backdoors can go undetected by the best AV software, even Kaspersky. They can lay dormant on your master boot record.

Change machine and then carry out all the above advice immediately, then you can address the compromised installation.

Thanks for the advice, I will do so immediately. Although, there is no way of getting this domain back?

Contact Godaddy and Enom, you should get it back no problem but it may be a lengthy process.

@Joe Styler may be able to assist you on this.

I have sent an email to GoDaddy
[email protected]. Can anyone help me with other emails of people who i can contact?

What about the legal team of eNom?

The thing is , it is currently registered with GoDaddy but it was transferred to 1 API GmbH on 3rd November when it left my account.

I hope you get back the domain. Enom seems to be the registrar with big flaw that lets thiefs steal domains.

I have emailed all departments at eNom.
Also, sent an email to GoDaddy and 1 API GmbH informing them of the case.

What more can i do? In cases like this does a person get the domain back?

As far as I know, stolen domains are returned to their owners through transfer dispute process. This process is initiated by losing registrar (eNom in this case). So I guess you need to wait for a reply from eNom.

Btw, have you tried contacting them on Twitter? They might be able to prioritize this case
