SOmehow did person in this forum
"aa70"

nickname stole my domains

seoforum.net and webhostchat.org

I checked his posts and i see he has done fraud in this forum.

Now i want both my domains back ESPECIALLY seoforum.net

How do i do this?
I am able to get a lawyer but i dont have much money about $1000 would that be sufficient enough?

should i get in touch with a lawyer.

I checked on this guy and he seems to have frauded every domain he sold.

My domains are sold to repectable members of this forum i checked!

So i donot in any way wish to say they have taken part in this fraud just want to know how to get it back!

thanks in advance guys.

is it my imagination or is there more and more chancers trying it on with false claims, stories that take 3 milliseconds to disprove and fraudsters trying to con and rip us off here at NP's.

Whats going on mods....run these guys outatown before np's gets a bad rep.... :(

Can you not warn new users that any questionable activity will result in you and your ip address being banned forever....

Whois history shows domains were owned by 'Ali Ahmadyara'

Well, that would explain why "Jack Shareman"s first language is obviously not English.

I checked on this guy and he seems to have frauded every domain he sold.

Ali, "fraud" is not a verb.

Final PM sent to member - "domaintalk" - to clarify both of the threads ... and the situation at hand! :tri:

Thanks for your patience, friends.

This "Ali" person pucked me over as well, if they are the same person, I would very much so like to know.

Its funny that he visited just the other day, yet didn't comment in this/his thread...

Thanks,

Mike

For failure to adequately respond to ANY of our inquiries ... repeated attempts were made for clarifications as to the unfortunate circumstances above (and in the Appraisals Forum thread) ... member "domaintalk" has been permanently banned from the Namepros.com site!

Apologize for the inconvenience, folks.

For those banned "members" - can we auction NP$ and give the money to charities?

Thanks,
John

Banned member's NP$'s die with them and their tainted actions ... however, they fortunately occur infrequently enough here that I would be willing to personally add - in this case - 286 NP$'s to the "Domains For Charity" account as a matching contribution.
Fair enough? Having to ban, in general, is not one of the more pleasant things to do as a member of Staff™, believe me! :cy:
Please let me know if that proposition seems satisfactory, and it shall be done (donated to the "Charity" account promptly). :talk:

Thanks.

That's fair enough - It's like "taking from the rich and give it to the poor" !

286.00 namebucks donated to DomainsForCharity successfully!

Onward and upward, again ... apologize for the inconvenience here.
