Is the question specific to domains on that website, or whether the values are different in general?
More than likely, you will be seeing many .net, .org, and .io domains expiring, as they appear to be less likely to sell overall.
The challenge with .xyz is the sometimes very high renewal costs, so this does impact the worth.
To some of us at least, the .com extension remains king. But whether that helps sustain their value long-term remains to be seen.
