Domain expired while registrar doesn't respond

What can I do when my domain has expired and my registrar hasn't replied to me for 4days. I have already paid to renew but it went into pending mode.

So what can I do to get it renewed? this is the domain registrar I used http://star.registerbird.com/

I'm pretty sure they're a reseller. They're not listed on the ICANN accredited registrar list. My guess is they're a reseller for Register.com, maybe try contacting them.
