question Domain dropping time

Is possible to know exact dropping time for some .com domain name in second or in minute?

The correct answer is NO!
You can know only exact day but then the domains drop randomly in the standard slot (7pm-8:30pm UTC).
You can search the domain on snapnames to discover the day.
Otherwise dropcatching services will not exist ...

I try dnmeter.com and they dropping times are not correct. Any other suggestion?
