Domain Deletion Process

Ok since I'm new I don't fully understand how this works ...

Let's say I have found a domain that is going to be deleted,
then there are different phases the domain is going throu.

From what I understood it's going like that:

After the expiration of a domain it is in the "pending delete, restorable, (registry) hold " phase for 35 days, so a reregistration is not possible but there are differnt states.

1. pending delete restorable, (hold) = 30 days reregister phase
2. pending delete scheduled for release = 5 days
== 35 days | Internet services not working e.g. E-Mail

3a:
registrar has the choice to get the name back during pending delete
--> redemption grace phase and he will get the name back

3b:
redemption hold period = Pending Delete-Scheduled for Release


PENDING DELETE RESTORABLE, HOLD
(registrar can restore the domain, it's not available for open registration.)

Ok now we go to a domain snapper when there is an expiring domain we want
to "preregister" it ?

I found this one here:

But they charge 49$/snap at 4domains, is it that expensive everywhere, what I am paying at snapnames.com ?

What are my chances (how do I increase them) to get the domain and what are the best tools to snap a name?

There are so many auction houses/backorder companies and many have relationships with certain registrars to get their expiring domains and auction them off without them ever deleting. If there is a name you are interested in find out what registrar has it, then find out if that registrar has a relationship with an auction house/backorder company. If they do you should place you backorder there for the name. you should actually research and be aware of who the auction houses are and which registrars they have partnered with as this is very important information.

If the registrar that has the name doesn't have a relationship with one of these companies then to have the best chance at getting the name you should backorder it with multiple backorder companies. Each one of these companies will have a chance at landing the domain and by placing an order with multiple companies you will increase your chances at getting the name.
