Can you still purchase a domain that drops from pending delete status if someone else has back ordered the domain name at another registra?
Do bidders at a domain name auction get the first go at purchasing a domain that is in pending delete?
When I check the whois info for an expired domain it shows the status as pending delete and under that it shows another status that says on hold, does this second status mean that the name is about to drop or is it on hold by the registra for someone else?
