Once we reply quoting the price, they get back with something like this:

this is a well known scam, any real person interested in the name, would buy any valuation/appraisal/verification/escrow services by themselves instead of asking seller to do it

It is not even a real forum (based on the script).

I got the same email but the last name was "Gossman."

I received this in a couple of our mail boxes. It is a SCAM 100%.

I replied with a bs price of 10,200,000 euro and yes "10200000 eur. ok" came back. it is an automated responder that strips the price out and emails back within seconds. Also the head domain was only registered recently.

I basically just had the same exact email sent to me as well, asking for an appraisal, yadda yadda. Instead of a blog, he linked me to a ridiculous "archived forum" that he tried to disguise as part of sevenforum.com His fake forum address is seven-forums.net.

Also, he tries to get you to get an appraisal from his company go-appraiser.com His name is Isaac Tuchman.

Supposedly the CEO of Web Hosting Solutions, Inc.

LOL, f'n ridiculous.
