What do you think of these domains? I usually buy domains with the intent of building a site. I'm thinking about slowly getting into domaining or at least learning how to get better domains for the sites I build.

I used to be into key word domains, but Google has depreciated the value of KWD (at least from my perspective of ranking in the SERPS) and now I'm mostly interested in brandable domains.

MojoFrog.com I'll trademark it, create a shell company in Nevada and then sell it.

TruthCrossing.com I'll make a Christianity vs Islam website and then try and get Christians and muslims into a bidding war on buying the site.

JustSkeptical.com The biggest skeptical forum on the net is shutting down. There is a vacuum to step into.

I'm mostly wondering what you think of the domains and what their value would be if there were no website on it.

One way to valuate domain names is their development potential. Another way, strictly related, is to valuate who would be advantaged to have them.
Why you associate "Mojo Frog" to a shell company in Nevada? I'm not american, so am i missing something?
You're too much optimistic about TruthCrossing.com, especially regarding the bidding war, it's unlikely anyone could be interested in such domain. (Unlikely, not impossible).
JustSkeptical.com is one of those domains which can have value with a development plan.

Why you associate "Mojo Frog" to a shell company in Nevada? I'm not american, so am i missing something?

Nevada is a popular state to incorporate in. There is no corporate tax and their laws offer a lot of protection to corporations. Another popular state is Delaware (that is where all the banks tend to incorporate). Setting up shell companies can be a niche business. MojoFrog sounds to me like a start up company for trendy internet business -- like app development. To me it is very brandable because it's easy to remember. GoDaddy.com is a stupid domain but everyone can remember it. The plan would be to target the various individual going through the popular tech incubators and tell them I have a brandable domain, trademark, and corporate structure set up.

I know it's a stretch, but I've seen MUCH worse sell on flipa (with a website) for a significant amount of money.
