Not free, but you can buy domains with NameBucks:

.com 425 NP$
.net 425 NP$
.org 425 NP$
.info 125 NP$ *first year
.biz 425 NP$

Technically no, but you can buy domains using forum currency (NP$), which can be earnt through incentives and posting in certain forums. So in a way yes, but they are not completely free - they must be earnt through quality posting.

I will register you a domain (free of charge) thru the NP registration system, if you intend on sticking around and being a productive member of the community. Even if you are not a hardcore domainer, we have sections for web designers, coders, (etc.)

yeah, we'll get the NP$ with the posting. but it needs long and long time to et much NP$ to buy domain.
