question Does GoDaddy Block Emails?

I am getting ready to send some emails to end users about some of my domains. I will be using the email I set up from a domain I have with Godaddy. I think I read somewhere else here that Godaddy is pretty hard on emails sent from a domain using their email and blocks them. Does anyone know if this is so?

I don't want my emails to be blocked. I am not planning on sending large amounts of spam mail, just one by one emails to end users.

Also, can any one recommend software or a service that lets you keep track of the emails you send to end users.
