advice Does anyone here use Infolinks as an ad platform?

I am asking because I want to get access to their affiliate program. I have applied to join but doubt I will be given an account as I don't have any sites active at present that are designed to be ad driven.

Does anyone know the criteria they look for or have an account that they would be willing to use as a joint venture with me.

Will explain more to any interested parties.
