To answer my question for myself, if anybody is interested. Dynadot and Name backorder .biz domains. Anyone else?

I love .biz domains! I still think they are great for any keyword businesses. Yeah I dont think many people do.

3 years ago, I had backordered toko.biz at godaddy. :Toko" means "shop" in Indonesian.

.biz TLD is really good for b2b business models I believe

But in most cases good API is absolutely enough.

We’re in the process of adding support for .me, .vc, and other ccTLDs right now for Backordr.com. We will be adding support down the road for .biz domains and other similar extensions.

Currently Dynadot does a great job backordering .biz.

There are lots of good .biz domains out there, which in my opinion lowers the value of them. Generally people don't trust .biz domain websites as much as .com, .net, .org, CLD's and even new TLD's - which is why I don't register them. Of course, there's always the exception for short one-worders.

Club/biz would definitely be an exception!

Really don't see the appeal unless the name is killer. Most consumers and small businesses are oblivious to that extension. Would need to be B2B with a very defined niche.

I use my own python script to catch extensions supported by Dynadot, Enom, Namesilo and Internetx.

Well, I used Name.com for .biz domain backorder.
They successfully caught it for me back in 2015.
The domain is a premium one word LLLL .biz, so there were probably many other registrars who were competing on registering the domain.

Sadly, They changed how the backorder process works on name.com:
Quote: "Note: We only allow one backorder to be placed per domain name and the domain must already have a set drop date."

It was possible to place a backorder for any domain in the past.
Normal status, redemption period etc.
It is no longer possible since a few years ago, more or less.

Even if I see most domainers recommend not investing on .biz, that does look promising in my eyes(maybe try to underprice it). Good luck with it!
