I asked afternic to park my domains and they use godaddy parking...but my domains don't say they are for sale...

I don't expect any parked income but figured I would park them anyway but I am wondering if it would be better to not park them, would they then say they are for sale??? when someone types in domain.

But maybe it doesn't matter much, since the domains don't have any type in traffic anyway!!

Or should I use another parking program, does any of them say for domain for sale??

I think if you are concerned about parking and for sale, I think you should think about Voodoo, which has almost get their system together. Just waiting for the official announcement. But if you cannot wait. Use Bodis.

Sedo does that and you can choose among different templates that point out your name is for sale. Some are more specific for parking, some are more oriented to sell.

DNS does that for sure.

Sedo parking is s***. So I can't recommend them for parking and selling. Of course, YMMV.

I agree that Voodoo is a good choice. You get several options for announcing the domain name is for sale (Banner, Ribbon, etc...). You can even have the click go to a separate sale for/url if you want it to. This is all active right now. The other part is integrating the sale process within their menu system. It's somewhat working at the moment, but you have to do the following to see the current offer/inquiry threads:

Domain Sales / Domain Sales Manager
then go to the URL in your browser address bar, and add the word "inquiries" after the "sales/"

So it will look like this:
https://secure.voodoo.com/dashboard/sales/inquiries

I totally agree!
It really depends on what the OP main intent is. F.E. I don't have much traffic on my names as I mainly work with brandables so for me the most important thing was to have a good selling platform; whatever comes from parking it's a bonus. That's why I am with DNS.

If the OP has good names he could try to submit them to DNS otherwise I am sure that among Parking Crew, Voodoo and Bodis he will find the company that gives him the perfect combination he is looking for.

I must be missing something. I don't understand the benefit of this beyond (the prior interface) getting those inquiries direct by email.

How is this different? (I admit I haven't seen the website variant.)

Is DNS exclusive? Can I also list my names for sale with Sedo or Afternic if I use them?
