Do you use broker/negotiator?

Just wondering if people found it better to use a third party when trying to purchase a domain name that is not listed somewhere.

I would think it makes an offer look more serious but for the same reason may also make it seem like you have a lot more cash to offer.

Seems silly to me! Why don't contact immediatly! Brokers are good for domains worhing more than $$$,$$$ in my opinion! That's all!
