Do I have a trademark problem with this domain

I own MidwayGaming.com I liked it for a gambling site but I just found out theres a company called Midway that makes video games. Would there be any trademark problems here.

Does the company Midway use "Midway Gaming" to describe their products/services anywhere that you can find?

You might want to post this in the legal section and ask the advice of a Mr. John Berryhill. I believe he is one of the most respected voices in the industry on the topic at hand here.

I did a quick google search and didnt see the phrase "Midway Gaming" and I think midway the video game company is called Midway Games INC.

If the Midway people uses the word as a trademark, has found your site right
now, and taken a screenshot of what it's showing, do expect a contact from
them shortly. I'd venture they do, but I guess that's a consequence of being
a Mortal Kombat fan.

IMHO, you'll have a tough time being able to use the domain commercially.
