After about 3 emails I decided to actually join the Forums, as I was not getting an answer.

It seems the problem is I need to change my DNS settings. I don't yet have access to my NamePros account. I recently changed my domain from cyclonegaming.net to monkeyproductions.com, while following up this query with Hasweb, my hosting, they reffered me to you, the domain registarr. Would it be possible to get my details for NamePros?

Obviously you wouldn't just say them here, right now, so could you PM me or email me, at the address in my profile.

hopefully we have cleared this up in live chat :D
you have to contact the people who registered your domain
and ask them to push it to your namepros user account 'Doak'
it will then appear in www.namepros.com/manage.php
where you can edit your DNS
