"Holobeam" was trademarked in April 2016...also in the Hologram industry unfortunately...I was looking into this name as well until I saw that....it really limits your chances of a sale. I'm not getting into some trademark debate with anyone please, you can look it up, it's a TM..plain and simple.

I agree with you but the domain is far more older 8-10 years prior to the TM! And it has never been parked or affiliated neither would be in future. Let's see how it goes

Yeah, but that 8-10 years changes when you purchased it. Its different for the old owner as he owned it prior to the TM filing date

It's not really relevant to a great extent as it only covers toys and games. The whole actual application in Holo communication is still open which is the main industry it is focused at

And it's filed by SuperLameGames LLC, which is Also a toy/game based company.

While my intention of this is Holo Technology; Hardware which stays out of this Trademark reach.

After studing the TM and taking advice from a legal guy I decided to go ahead in buying it.

I much appreciate your input always , I just want to bring across the reasoning for me going ahead with it knowing the TM very well

Well if you think there is no issue with the trademark then I agree that it is a great purchase.

Regardless, you have some great Holo domains so overall you should still be in a great position.
